Meghalaya TET Eligibility Criteria 2025
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
Educational Qualification
- Lower Primary Teacher:
- Must have Class 12 with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
- Alternatively, candidates with D.El.Ed (2 years) or B.El.Ed (4 years), or Diploma in Special Education are eligible.
- Upper Primary Teacher:
- Must have BA/B.Sc. with at least 50% marks and a D.El.Ed (2 years) or B.Ed (1 year).
- Candidates with Class 12 (50% marks) and a 4-year BA.Ed/B.Sc.Ed are also eligible.
