The OMR Response Sheet, on the other hand, is a digital scan of the candidate’s actual responses recorded during the examination.

Why Should You Challenge the NEET Answer Key or OMR?

Raising valid objections can significantly impact your final score. Here’s why it’s important:

  1. Accuracy Matters: If a provisional answer is incorrect, a successful objection could earn you extra marks.
  2. Bonus Marks: In case of questions with multiple correct answers, NTA may award full marks to students who chose any correct option.
  3. Ensure Fair Evaluation: Verifying OMR responses ensures your recorded answers reflect what you marked in the exam.
