Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Army Agniveer Admit Card Released, Check Written Exam Date and Exam Pattern

Indian Army is all set to conduct a written examination for Agniveer which aims to recruit approximately 100 candidates for various posts including Agniveer General Duty, Technical Branch, Agniveer (Technical) (Aviation and Ammunition Examiner) (All Arms), Agniveer Clerk and Agniveer. 25000 persons have to be recruited. Tradesman (8th and 10th pass).

The exam is scheduled to be held in April and May 2024. Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications during the prescribed period can now download their Agniveer Sena Admit Card 2024 from the official website. They can do this using their registration number and password. The detailed procedure to download admit card is given below.

As per the notice, the Computer Based Test for Agniveer Bharti 2024 will be conducted from 22 April to 03 May 2024.

The official notification for the Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2024 was released on February 9, 2024. Subsequently, the application process commenced on February 13, 2024, and concluded on March 22, 2024.

Agniveer Army Selection Process:

  1. Written Examination: Candidates must first appear for a written examination tailored to the specific post applied for (General Duty, Technical, Clerk, etc.). This test evaluates general knowledge, mathematical skills, reasoning, and subject-specific knowledge.
  2. Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Shortlisted candidates from the written examination undergo a physical fitness test to assess their fitness level. It includes activities like running, push-ups, sit-ups, and a cross-country run.
  3. Physical Measurement Test (PMT): After clearing the PFT, candidates undergo physical measurements including height, weight, and chest measurement to ensure they meet the physical eligibility criteria for their applied role.
  4. Medical Examination: Candidates undergo a detailed medical examination conducted by authorized military doctors to check for any underlying medical conditions and ensure they are medically fit for military service.
  5. Document Verification: Candidates who pass the medical examination undergo document verification to authenticate their submitted documents.

Agniveer Examination Schedule:

The examination for the Indian Army Agniveer recruitment is scheduled to commence from April 22, 2024, onwards. Candidates should prepare accordingly and stay updated with the official website for any schedule updates or changes.

Agniveer Exam Pattern:

General Duty

For the General Duty post, the exam pattern is as follows:

  • General Duty requires passing marks of 35.
  • For each correct answer, you’ll receive 2 marks.
  • For each incorrect answer, there will be a penalty of 0.5 marks.
