EMRS Exam Pattern 2025
EMRS Recruitment Exam follows a multi-tiered selection process depending on the post applied for. Here’s a breakdown of the exam structure:
Tier-I (Common Written Test)
Most posts will have a Tier-I objective-type exam covering:
- General Awareness
- Reasoning Ability
- Numerical Ability
- English Language Proficiency
- Hindi Language Proficiency
- Subject-Specific Knowledge (based on the post)
Tier-II (Post-Specific Exam)
For selected posts like Principal, PGT, and others, a Tier-II paper is conducted that tests in-depth knowledge of the subject or domain expertise.
Skill Tests (for applicable posts)
Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Typing test (Typing speed: 35 wpm in English / 30 wpm in Hindi).
Interview (Only for Principal Post)
Candidates shortlisted for the Principal post will face a personal interview after the written exam.
